Process

Since January 22, 2020, a construction client screened 520 job applicants with the IntegrityFirst assessment. From this group, we disqualified 14% of candidates based on indications of risky behavior, including theft, substance abuse, dishonesty, and hostile behaviors.

Results

In the first year after implementing our pre-employment assessment tool, the construction company had 0 workers’ compensation claims.

Overall, our client has been able to reduce worker's compensation and employee turnover while consistently screening applicants for high-risk behaviors. Specifically, the test helped eliminate 73 potential “bad-apple” applicants who may have previously made it through the employment process and become employees.
